Seth D. Crockett* joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2025.

Prior to joining the firm, Seth served as a law clerk to Judge Trevor N. McFadden of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and Judge Thomas M. Hardiman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Before his clerkships, he served in the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps.

Seth earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Cornell Law School, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served on the Cornell Law Review. He received the John J. Kelly, Jr. Memorial Prize and multiple CALI Awards for top performance in courses including Litigation Drafting and International Trade Law. He graduated summa cum laude from Western Carolina University with a B.S. in Political Science.
