Abigail E. DeHart represents clients in complex civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels and in administrative proceedings.

Abigail joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2022.  Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Milan D. Smith, Jr. on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and to the Honorable Judith E. Levy on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.  She also served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Illinois Office of Attorney General.  Abigail graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was Executive Articles Editor for the Michigan Law Review.  She earned her Master of Philosophy degree from the University of Cambridge and her undergraduate degree from Grand Valley State University.
