Andrew Skaras represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation and appeals.

Andrew joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2022.  Before joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dabney L. Friedrich on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and to the Honorable J. Harvie Wilkinson III on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.  As a law student, he interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Division, Appellate Staff.  Andrew graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he was the Supreme Court Co-Chair for the Harvard Law Review.  He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics and Philosophy from Boston College, graduating magna cum laude.
