Dustin G. Graber represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation at trial and on appeal.

Dustin joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2022.  Before joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Howard C. Nielson, Jr. on the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah and to the Honorable Edith H. Jones on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.  Dustin graduated from Columbia Law School, where he was the Executive Articles Editor for the Columbia Business Law Review.  He earned his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, graduating cum laude.
