Eric A. Maier represents plaintiffs and defendants at the trial level in arbitration proceedings.  

Eric joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2020.  Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Gregg Costa on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and to the Honorable Beryl A. Howell on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.  Eric graduated with high honors from The University of Chicago Law School, where he was Comments Editor for The University of Chicago Law Review and attained membership to the Order of the Coif.  He earned his undergraduate degree in musical theatre from the University of Michigan, graduating with highest honors.
