Justin B. Berg represents clients in complex matters at the trial and appellate levels, and has particular experience in antitrust, securities, and white-collar cases.

Justin joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2021.  Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Helene N. White on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and to the Honorable Anita B. Brody on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  Justin graduated summa cum laude from University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was a Senior Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law and attained membership to the Order of the Coif.  He also participated in the Federal Appellate Litigation Externship, where he argued and won a reversal in a prisoner civil rights case in front of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.  See Garrett v. Wexford Health, 938 F.3d 69 (3d Cir. 2019) (holding that the Prison Litigation Reform Act’s exhaustion requirement does not apply to amended complaints filed by released prisoners).  Justin earned his undergraduate degree in English from Dickinson College.
