Kate Ghotbi* joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2026.

Prior to joining the firm, Kate served as a law clerk to Judge Margaret M. Garnett of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Kate earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was Managing Editor of the N.Y.U. Journal of International Law & Politics, a Student Fellow with the Program on Corporate Compliance & Enforcement, and a member of the leadership board of the Middle Eastern Law Students Association. She graduated with honors from New York University with a B.A. in Philosophy and Art History.
