L. Vivian Dong represents companies and individuals in complex civil litigation.  She has experience in commercial, antitrust, and telecommunications cases for clients in a variety of industries, including the technology and financial services sectors.

Vivian joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2019.  Prior to joining the firm, Vivian served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edgardo Ramos on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.  She graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she won Best Overall Team and Best Brief at the Ames Moot Court Competition.  Vivian earned her undergraduate degree in economics from the University of British Columbia.
