Michael C. McCue joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2025.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael served as a law clerk to Judge John P. Cronan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and to Judge Daniel A. Bress of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Michael graduated with High Honors from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was a Comments Editor for The University of Chicago Law Review, a Kirkland & Ellis Scholar, and a semi-finalist in the Hinton Moot Court Competition. He was awarded the Thomas R. Mulroy Prize for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy and was elected to the Order of the Coif.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Middle East and North African Studies from Northwestern University, and an Advanced Certificate in Terrorism Studies from the University of St. Andrews.
