Neha Sharma joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2025.

Prior to joining the firm, Neha served as a law clerk to Judge Pamela K. Chen of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Neha earned her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she was a member of the Worker and Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic and served as the Managing Editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation, as well as on the board of the International Community at Yale. Her team also won First Place Overall and Best Brief in the 2024 Annual Immigration Law Competition at New York University. Neha graduated summa cum laude from Middlebury College in 2019 with a B.A. in Political Science and Economics and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
