Eliana Pfeffer represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation across a range of practice areas, including antitrust, constitutional, contract, and patent law. 

Eliana joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2020.  Prior to joining the firm, Eliana served as a law clerk to the Honorable Deborah L. Cook on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and to the Honorable Gregory H. Woods on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.  She graduated cum laude from the New York University School of Law, where she was a Managing Editor for the Annual Survey of American Law.  Eliana earned her undergraduate degree in Law, Letters and Society from the University of Chicago, graduating with General Honors.
