Rachel M. DiSibio* joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2025.

Prior to joining the firm, Rachel served as a law clerk to Judge Stephanie Dawn Thacker of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Rachel graduated magna cum laude from Washington University School of Law, where she earned a J.D./M.A. in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and was elected to the Order of the Coif. She was a nationally ranked member of the ABA National Moot Court Team, winning Sixth Best Advocate in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition and the Judge Amandus Brackman Moot Court Award. Rachel served as an Articles Editor for the Washington University Jurisprudence Review and, upon graduation, received the Breckinridge First Honors Academic Award and the National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Graduate Award. During law school, she also earned the Charles Trobman Memorial Award and the F. Hodge O’Neal Corporate Law Award.

Rachel earned a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, & Law from Binghamton University, where she graduated summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
