Robert C. Klipper represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels.  He also represents clients in criminal and civil regulatory investigations and proceedings.

Robert joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2017.  Prior to joining the firm, Robert served as a law clerk to Judge Pamela Harris on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.  He graduated from Yale Law School, where he was an Editor of The Yale Law Journal.  He earned his undergraduate degree in history from Yale University, graduating magna cum laude.  Before law school, Robert worked as an analyst at a major hedge fund.

Representative Matters

  • In re: Cathode Ray Tube Antitrust Litigation: Representing certified plaintiff class in major antitrust litigation against cathode ray tube manufacturers. Defeated defendants’ claim to sovereign immunity under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act.
