Spencer R. Lockwood* joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2025.
Before joining the firm, Spencer served as a law clerk to Justice Evan A. Young of the Supreme Court of Texas and to Judge Jonathan A. Kobes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Spencer earned his J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and the National Order of Scribes, served as the managing editor of the Texas A&M Law Review, and graduated valedictorian of his class. Spencer received his B.S in economics, with a minor in business, from Texas A&M University.
