Hilary M. Weaver represents clients in complex civil litigation at the trial and appellate levels.

Hilary joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2022.  Before joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Bridget S. Bade on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and to the Honorable Michael T. Liburdi on the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.  Hilary graduated summa cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she was a Research Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal and a Dean’s Award recipient.  Before law school, Hilary taught middle school math in Glendale, Arizona as a Teach For America Corps Member.  She earned an undergraduate degree in design from Lehigh University and a master’s degree in education from the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College at Arizona State University.
