William Conyngham has 40 years of experience as an attorney and economist. He has participated in more than 125 litigated cases, corporate investigations, and regulatory proceedings since 1981. In recent years, he has represented the firm’s clients in class action and qui tam matters, and government investigations.
Before joining Kellogg Hansen in 1996, Bill spent 10 years coordinating discovery for Fortune 100 clients in regulated utility, government, and defense contract cases, EPA Superfund, insurance coverage, automobile product liability matters, and in the defense of large technology companies in antitrust and intellectual property cases.
From 1981 through 1985, Bill served as a research economist at the Public Utility Commission of Texas and as the Assistant to the Chief Economist at the International Brotherhood of Teamsters.
