Brenna Darling joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2023.  Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Milan D. Smith, Jr. on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and to the Honorable Kathleen Cardone on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas.  

Brenna graduated with honors from The University of Chicago Law School, where she was the symposium and book reviews editor of The University of Chicago Law Review.  She earned her undergraduate degree in philosophy and metropolitan studies from New York University, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
