Kelley C. Schiffman joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to Justice Sonia Sotomayor on the U.S. Supreme Court after completing a Liman Fellowship at the San Diego County Public Defender's Office.  Kelley also clerked for the Honorable William A. Fletcher on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and for the Honorable Keith P. Ellison on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She graduated from Yale Law School in 2018, and prior to that received a Ph.D. in philosophy from Yale Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.
