Kyle B. Grigel* represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.

Kyle joined Kellogg Hansen as an associate in 2023.  Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk for  Justice Neil M. Gorsuch on the Supreme Court of the United States and for (now-Chief) Judge Jeffrey S. Sutton on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.  He also served as a Bristow Fellow in the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of the Solicitor General. Kyle graduated Stanford Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Stanford Law Review.  He received his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
